What do I do if there is an issue with the rental?

Outdoorsy hosts carefully curate each listing, but in rare cases, you may discover an issue when picking up the RV. If any item listed below qualifies, the guest must notify Outdoorsy immediately by contacting Customer Support at 877-723-7232.

• The RV condition does not match the description (including cleanliness)
• The RV is not in a safe and roadworthy condition
• The RV or any of its components are not working as expected at any point in your trip

In addition to notifying Outdoorsy, please take photos and/or videos of any visible defects.

Note: Any refund requests or damage disputes submitted after the trip has concluded may be denied if Outdoorsy and the owner were not given notice of the issue(s) at the time they were discovered and if the renter did not properly document the issue.
