We know this caused a great inconvenience to our renter. There was an unforeseen mechanical issue and we were not able to get it safely repaired soon enough for their departure which lead to the cancelation at their request. Fleetwood came in from a rental the night before and everything was running perfectly when returned and the next day not. We are taking steps to prevent this from ever happening again and upping our preventative maintenance routines.

Great option for us to avoid hotel rental for a long weekend. DJ and Heather were very communicative and provided amazing customer service. They were forward about Fleetwood’s little quirks; nothing unexpected for an older RV. Easy pickup and drop off. No surprises on our trip and overall a great experience!
