Really easy pick up and drop off. Marcio was thorough, but quick going through both the basics and helpful tips and tricks. He was also super quick to respond to coordinate timing and when I forgot the storage location of the waste hose. Its super nice that pick up/drop off location was really close to the free dump site at Mission Bay and a couple of gas stations.
