Über Alan Stenum

I have always wanted to hit the road to get out and explore while I am visiting clients in my line of work. I love to kayak and to surf, and since May I have been using the Cross Trek exactly as intended - for the WFH crowd that wants to get out and explore. I have been on amazing solo trips as well as with the family up and down the shores of Lake Michigan as well as throughout the midwest exploring some of our nation's waterways. The best trip yet though was taking the family and 1 old dog out to Colorado and the Rocky Mountains, and coming back 2 weeks later 1 old dog, 1 new pup, and a family that was all smiles.

Communication was excellent. RV was as described and perfect for this trip. Big enough to have all of the features that I was looking for but small enough to be an easy drive.

Being first time RV renters Allan made everything seamless and enjoyable we would definitely recommend Allan and his RV. The RV was comfortable and had everything we needed to be able to enjoy our time on the road. The large refrigerator, the outside awning with lights, the full bath and the comfort in driving. We want to South Dakota to enjoy Mt. Rushmore, the Black Hills and Custer National Park. The size of the vehicle allowed us to take the switchbacks and only one tunnel, Needle, were we to unable to pass thru. We had a great trip and will definitely be calling Allen to schedule another trip.

This was our first time camping so we decided to get an RV since it has everything we needed. It was very last minute but we found this cute RV. Alan was a great host and made the experience so fun! Highly recommend!!

Alan made us very comfortable with the RV and we felt right at home. Everything was available to ensure a good trip. Alan was attentive and ready to help. We had NO problems with the unit and a very smooth and fun trip.

Alan was very responsive to my initial request for rental and answered all of my questions regarding amenities that we required for our trip. He was very thorough in his orientation and walkthrough of the vehicle when we picked it up, which was helpful as there were a couple things that would've taken some time to figure out on our own. He followed up with us during our trip, but not so much that it was obnoxious, to see how we were doing and whether we had any questions or issues. Overall, we were very satisfied with our rental and would highly recommend this vehicle and owner as an option for your trip.

Allen was fantastic on so many levels!! He is a an easy going, witty guy with a terrific sense of humor; just the kind of person you'd like to do business with.
We were his first renters; two women in their 60's heading half way across the country in his hardly used 2021 Cross Trek. I'm sure we made him a tad nervous; he knew he had his hands full (LOL), but the Cross Trek was super easy to drive and park. We ultimately we impressed him with our Super Trucker capabilities and stamina.
He had everything prepped and ready including towels, plates, silverware and even a few special gifts for us.
He was more than helpful getting us acquainted with the RV and even offered to help with routing or finding safe places to stay along the way.
He never hovered, but would touch base periodically throughout our adventure.
