Rick & Norma were great. They took the time to explain and show us everything we needed to know regarding the RV, and did so in a very friendly manner. When we discovered the electric cord was too short for our vehicle, Rick changed it out in order for us to be on our way as soon as possible. The RV was clean, completely functional, well-equipped and comfortable. The return was easy and quick.

Rick was amazing from quote through booking all the Way through our trip. He helped with the technical aspects of the RV all the way through a hooking it up in the orientation. He was receptive to all questions during the trip and left helpful text messages with any minor questions. The drop off was even complete with the walk-through and making sure that my family had the most perfect experience possible. I will definitely be booking through Rick again in the near future.

This was our first time using Outdoorsy and my first time towing a travel trailer and we couldn't have found a better trailer or owner than Rick! He had every option and amenity imaginable ready to go. If you had never left the city a day in your life and then rented Rick's trailer, you could have gotten lost in the wilderness for two weeks and been just fine. It was the perfect size for me and my small family of 4 and everything worked and seemed brand new. I was able to do come and do a thorough walk thru and training of the basics of towing it with him and felt confident after we went over everything that any newbie could rent it and have fun and be safe. Having the trailer let us celebrate a special day with friends and family and it was a great experience!
