Our RV was not fully stocked when we received it. We have 4 kids and 2 adults and were given 1 comforter and 2 blankets to use as bedding with the bed sheets. On our second night we ran out of propane. We had only used the first tank and the second was completely empty when we received the trailer. My husband had to run out at 2:30AM to find propane tanks. When we alerted the company the next day they 1) wouldn’t return my phone call or answer their phone and 2) agreed to refund us the price of the propane we had purchased but nothing more. They did, however, bring us 3 new comforters. The temperatures got down to the low 40’s at night and with 4 kiddos we definitely weren’t prepared without proper bedding or propane. We wish we would have received some sort of compensation for the trouble and inconvenience this all caused us. We wouldn’t rent from this company again.

Camper was set up and ready to go when we arrived at the Fort. It was super clean however there was lots of wear and tear on the inside. We needed 2 more chairs so I asked. Within an hour they had been delivered which was much appreciated. Would definitely use this rental company again.

We booked the RV for our annual Thanksgiving camping trip at Fort Wilderness. The set up and break down were a breeze. Overall it was a great trip. The only thing I was disappointed in was the condition of the RV. The cushion material was falling off and looked very worn. The counter tops in the kitchen were also peeling upward and very worn. Some of the wood was beat up pretty well around the baseboards. An instruction sheet on how to operate some of the things in the RV would have been helpful.

As far as the listing, I was a bit shocked at how all the extraneous additional things added up. I think Outdoorsy should make mention of all the additional fees when people are looking at and choosing an option. There is insurance, there is set up and delivery (in our case), there is prep and cleaning, there are pet fees, there are taxes, there is a service charge, maid service, emergency road service etc. Our final cost per night (4 nights) was almost double the listed camper cost.

+ Delivery was early, before we arrived. It was completely set up and ready for use.
- The Rv has a very strong musty smell throughout the entire unit. One of the ac units drips water/ice on bed. Would not recommend this unit.

We mostly enjoyed the Camper. It was disappointing to receive a camper with a damaged awning. We were told that we would be given a Canopy instead, which we agreed to, but then had to set up the Canopy ourselves. Should have been set up for us before we got there. It also would be better for the Camper to be parked as far to the right as possible to maximize how much of the pad is available to us. It was a good 2 feet from the right edge of the pad. Just a few suggestions. Overall we enjoyed the Camper though.

I was impressed with how easy set up was, the rv was clean and ready to go. It was just what I had envisioned, no surprises. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back next year and will be contacting you again.

The awning was gone and we were not informed of that until I went to use it for shade and realized why the arms were zip tied shut. We should have been informed of this as soon as possible. Someone brought and set up a canopy but didn't secure it to the ground. When we came back one of the legs was against my wife's car because of the breeze. Luckily no damage occurred.
Issues with the RV: There were not enough blankets for the 4 people who were staying in the RV. The AC unit in the master bedroom was so loud and it was either on or off...so the options were quite and warm or loud and comfortable. The hot water would work for about 2 mins then go cold for 2 mins...this repeated until the shower was done.
Also, the stationary insurance charge that cant be waived....and then is also included in the taxable amount is not right. Money grab....
I guess this is now the new standard of service when only 4 companies are allowed to service Fort Wilderness. I also plan on letting Disney know of our experience as well.
My history..We have owned 2 travel trailers for over 20 years combined as well as been renting RVs for Fort Wilderness 4-5 times a year for the past 5 years.

Absolutely fantastic! They helped us out in a bind and made a family memory we will never forget. They are easy going, no fuss and keep a very clean unit. They are pet friendly and that tells you the kind of people they are. They are genuine and kind and really want to help. A family run business.
