We had a fantastic time in Oleg's camper, perfect size for my teens and myself. The camper was clean and had basic equipment in kitchen gear, as well as provided linens and shower towels.
Totally worth paying for the set up, Oleg came and did it all in less then 30 minutes, he explained everything really well to us, water use, heater, etc. (we had full hookups)
This trip was at Mission Bay Campland, will definitely rent again from them.

Oleg's RV was perfect for our trip to the local beach! It was clean and everything worked perfectly from set up to tear down. Outdoorsy was was a great site to use, lots to offer and very secure. Thanks to all!

I spent 18 days in Oleg's Viking 17 foot BH trailer. Oleg keeps his trailer in excellent condition stocked with essentials of trailer life. He also gave a complete personal user briefing before the hookup. All appliances work well, in particular I enjoyed the quick hot water heat for washing dishes and shower. The bed is comfortable, and the A/C is very effective. The trailer tows straight and is easy to set up. He is a very good communicator so you can rent in confidence.

Less than 24 hours before my trip the owner asked me who would be dumping the tanks of waste at the end of the Trip. I reminded him that I was paying for drop off and pick up and assumed it would be him since I did not have a vehicle to tow the trailer to the dump area (the whole reason I was paying for drop off and pick up) He informed me I would have to pay him additional $50. I explained to him that I had booked this trailer 2 months prior and was told I had to pay $20 for a generator but was never told about this additional fee. We argued back and forth but it was too late to find another trailer to rent so I agreed to pay. When he dropped off the trailer, he told me that he put gas in the generator but if it ran out and I had to add more gas that I had to go fill up his gas can. What the hell... I paid for unlimited use of the generator. Before he left, we argued more about the $50 dump fee. He explained it had been his wife I was talking to and she should had told me back in February about the additional fee when I booked. He agree to then Just have me wait for him to pick up the trailer and follow him to the dump site and pay the dumping fee. I was still very angry but agreed because I didn't want him to take anything out of my deposit.
I only booked for 2 nights. He dropped off at 2 on a Friday and by Saturday morning we were out of propane. He did not bring a new tank till noon. He said he went by the gauge but never lifted the tank to make sure the tank was full.
I was stress out the whole trip.

First, dumping fee included in contract. The fee is $100.00 as advertised on the website. 50% discount if the owner dumps the trailer on the RV park when a renter booked the RV spot. As I was delivering the trailer to RV park, I was supposed to charge $50.00 dumping fee while picking up the trailer as you NEVER dumped it.
Second, the delivery fee is NOT a part of dumping fee. You should read the Outdoorsy contract, or ask me before making a decision. It is a renter’s responsibility to ask/provide to the owner the detailed information on hook up type (full/partially) to avoid any misunderstanding or unexpected charges.
Third, FYI: it is necessary when a generator is working, it goes out of the gas. I am not the one who supposed to bring your gas. Again, read the Outdoorsy contract or booking details
Fourth. You booked the trip on 02/18/2022 which is two months before your trip dates 04/22-24/22. You started reaching out to me on 04/18/222 with questions you had. I responded in a timely manner to all inquiries. On 4/20/22 I provided to you with a tour throughout the trailer with video guidance. I treat you the same way as I treat all my renters. Charging fees for the dumping is a must if an owner is taking care of the dumping. As I already previously mentioned, the fee is NOT a part of any other fees including delivery fee. Read the contract.
Finally, you had more than enough time to read the contract and, if you have any questions, ask me or call Outdoorsy. You also had time to get out from the booking with no loss of money.
You decided to take an advantage of the trip. In respect to you as an elderly lady with two grandkids staying in our trailer, I dumped the trailer with no extra charge… I brought gas for you, which was not apart on my responsibilities at all. I was available for you that weekend to responding your questions regarding the trailer.
I am confident, your review is unfair. I have more that 25 renters and 15 reviews just in Outdoorsy platform. All them with the 5 stars review rate. You are the one who I spent the most time with and had nothing in return

My family had a great time using Oleg’s camper! Oleg was very responsive and showed me all of the ins and outs of the trailer - as well as a ton of tips on towing as this was my first time really towing a trailer. I had some issues with the wiring on my vehicle and Oleg was super patient and helpful while I got it all sorted out. The trailer was clean and had everything we needed.

We loved our experience with this trailer! It was reasonably priced, Oleg was great to communicate with and kind, and it fit our needs. Kids loved the bunk beds and the camp chairs were great to have around the fire.

I can’t recommend Oleg’s trailer enough! We booked very last minute and he was very communicative the entire time, worked with me on delivery time since I had to work that day and his trailer was perfect for my little family. He made sure it was stocked up with everything we would need to get the weekend rolling, the trailer was clean and everything worked perfectly. He and his wife were also very sweet and friendly!

Working with Oleg was great. I really appreciated that he had a lot of patience to guide me with my first towing experience. We also much appreciated his flexibility in scheduling both pick up and drop-off - it really helped us making the experience enjoyable and stress free. The trailer seemed well kept and was well equipped with all the essentials, and despite the smaller size it was very practical for our family of three. Thanks again Oleg!

Oleg was great to work with. He was quick to respond, thorough with details, patient with questions, and accommodating on special timing and delivery requests. The Little Slugger was just ideal for our 4-person staycation. There was ample storage, it was stocked with all the basic essentials and took our beach glamping to the next level. We are so excited and already thinking about the next adventure!
