Leticia was able to accommodate a last minute request when our first arrangement fell through. Vehicle has some wear and tear, but everything was functional and clean. Drop off and pick up were easy.

Leticia was a pleasure to rent from. She was very thorough with the walk through and always responsive and helpful with our questions. The RV met our needs for the trip and everything went smoothly. We are very appreciative that we rented from her as our trip was memorable for good reasons.

The RV was different than the pictures, more wear and tear. We asked about kitchen supplies and spices provided, we were told there were the usual spices provided, there was nothing! Not even salt and pepper. The master bed had noisy thick plastic on the mattress which made you so sweaty and clamy you couldn't sleep. I didn't want to remove it because was worried about what the mattress looked like. We had a ton of rain so was inside a lot and wanted to watch TV, you couldn't bring anything up for channels and everything in the menu was in Spanish! We don't speak Spanish. Then turning it in on time letticia made us wait for her for over two hours! If you are renting something to others through a service I would think they would be catering to us??? We spent a lot of money on this RV! We will not use this business again. I would think there should be rules and term agreements for the owners renting their RVs as much as those that are paying them for the use of their property. Very disappointed.

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay as you told me you did when I drove you out. I asked if there were any issues to which you replied" no" and added that "you had a good time." I did review the messages and at no time was there any question of spices, nor did you ask as I personally showed you the Rv. I opened each cabinet and showed you were every pot, pan and flatware were located. I also made myself available day or night for any questions or concerns.
As for waiting for me for over 2 hours, I think you have that mistaken. I waited for you for 2hours when you came to pick up which I was not upset about. We had set return at 140pm which I was 7minutes late and am still very sorry about. My kids had class, their school did not take that day off and I pulled them out early to meet you. I was 7 minutes late, and you are 100% right when you say you should not have waited even a minute, which is why I apologized. It was wrong. As for the tv, you need to put the antennae out or you don't get signal, its against the law to drive with it out so I lower it before anyone leaves. It also can not be set to spanish, only the channels its receiving. There is a dvd player as listed in the ad for movies on rainy nights.
I wish you would have told me about any concerns or disappointment when I asked upon return. I wish you luck on any future rentals.

Leticia and her husband were very helpful and gave great direction on the use of their RV. The RV was a great experience and very comfortable. Would highly recommend this RV for your next trip!
