Hi, we are Michael and Lisa O'Dowd. We call Henderson, NV, home but come from Colorado and Chicago. We love to go camping with the family enjoying wonderful places throughout the western United States. Minnie had a great layout inside. I liked the poison of the bed facing forward, fridge was a great size, oven was a nice plus. We could have used more cooking utensils, pot holders, a water filter, and a smart TV. Otherwise there was ample towels, blankets, stadium chairs and a folding table were great to have. Awning was great to have at the campsite. Minnie has been well used and just a little noisy when in motion. Pick up & drop off we’re so easy and great location from airport.

Our first RV trip and it couldn't have been better! Mike, Lisa and Sandie (Mike's sister that works with them) are patient, helpful, friendly and make you feel at ease with the rental and trip. They answered every question, gave us a quick but complete tutorial of the RV including a driving lesson and where at a phones call reach for anything that would come up. Minnie was perfect for us a family of 3, 2 adults and a toddler. She is in good condition and everything worked well. We did the Utah and Arizona National Park Loop. Would 100% recommend this experience.

This was the first time we rented an RV from a private owner on a platform like this. I guess the expectation of cleanliness and maintenance of a commercial RV rental shouldn’t be the same. Wish we had the chance to do a pre-rental walkthrough to ensure the accuracy of a rental and its photos. This RV has 111k miles on it and certainly drives like a rickety tin can. We were worried about it making it through Death Valley on our trip to and from Vegas to SoCal in July. The RV was bare minimum cleaned. The air filters for both ACs are disgusting, under the beds were covered in crumbs and junk from previous rentals, many mechanical hitches like the generator won’t stay on longer than a few minutes and definitely not while driving. So it’s extremely hot throughout the entire cabin for the drive and everyone had to pile up right up front next to the driver AC. Lots of little issues too like there no water pressure & list goes on. If I could have cancelled without losing money I would’ve upon arrival I would have

Mike and Lisa were awesome to deal with. They made the whole rental experience so easy. Any questions or concerns they would get back with an answer in record time.
As far as the camper was concerned....well equipped, clean and very well organized.
Thanks again to both of you and Sandie for the seamless rental.

Owner communicated well and responded quickly
RV was clean and tidy
Minor problem with the table being wobbly but it still worked fine as a table/bed
Some cleaning and soap supplies were missing.
RV drove well with no issues

This was our first RV trip. Michael and his family were great hosts. Communication was easy. All went well. We had the 24' Minnie RV which was large enough for three adults and a 11yr old.
