Good experience at first with picking up trailer and dropping off. Then expect a message or call days later stating the trailer wasn’t clean enough for their standards. Maybe should’ve been brought up while I walked it with Jeremy when I dropped it off. Then I’m told I will be charged a $300 cleaning fee. Instructions inside trailer should be more specific if they are that picky. Spent over 3k for two week trip and get hit with a $300 cleaning fee after thoroughly cleaning and take care of it. Very disappointed.

Very accommodating on pickup and delivery. Trailer fully equipped all you need is yourselves some food and your good to go! Towing was a breeze with my 2019 f150 ecoboost, very stable with the supplied WDH hitch. All amenities fridge, shower, a/c worked perfectly. Very nice folks we will definitely rent from them again!

Deva and Jeremy were great. They were on time and set up when we arrived. Deva took close to 45 minutes explaining the trailer and the amenities. We had plenty of room with the four of us. My favorite was the air conditioning, great shower, and beds super comfortable. I love the little decore items inside too.

We would have communicated more but we were off the grid with no service. Everything was excellent. For being our first family glamping trip, it was perfect.

Great experience! Trailer had EVERYTHING we needed. Beautiful and nice and clean inside. We will definitely be re-booking. Owners responded promptly to all of my questions throughout the process which was very appreciated since this was my first time using Outdoorsy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Great Experience. The trailer was new and clean and great. Beds were comfy, and the trailer had everything you could possibly want already in it including cleaning products, trash bags, soap, utensils, knives, bowls, pans, broom, towels, bedding, camping chairs, lanterns, etc. They were super easy to work with and very responsive.

Had the best time on our trip! The trailer was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend. The Deva and Jeremy were so nice, great, and totally flexible with drop off/pickup. Would rent from them again!
