I originally booked with another host who had to cancel last minute with me because of mechanical problems. I messaged Eileen and she very quickly responded with the good news that they had an rv for me available for the exact days I needed. I had already made my flight reservation so it put me in a situation where I wouldn't have any accommodations when I arrived in Oahu. The communication with Eileen went really well and we made arrangements for Carl would meet me at the airport, eventhough it was a very late arrival. He was very patient with explaining how everything worked and even led me to a safe place where I could park for the night and get supplies and be on my way around the island in the morning. The van was easy to drive with no problems and very comfortable sleeping at night. I really enjoyed my
travels along the ocean seeing most of Oahu. Carl even managed to take me back through the mountain to the Honolulu area where I was staying in a hostel. They were both very easy to communicate with to make it a very relaxing trip for me. You won't go wrong by renting from them as they make it easy and no stress involved.

My partner friend and I had a wonderful time in this van. The owners were very communicative and offered lots of advice about where to go and where to stay on the island. The van itself had many great features and easily fit all three adults, with room to comfortably fit 4 adults. We were able to keep items cold and even frozen in the small fridge/freezer. We also cooked each night using the stove. This all allowed us to not spend as much money as we would have if we needed to eat out each meal and pay for a hotel every night.
A few things that didn't work perfectly (although the owner gave work arounds and so they didn'timpact too much)
-pop up sleeping areas gas struts were broken and required a strong tall person to set up each night.
-only 1 of the 2 gas burners worked
-only the front charging points worked (no bother to us as the owner supplied a portable battery we used anyway).
-the water for the sink, shower and toilet did not work. Again the owner supplied water and most camping areas have these things available, but worth noting.
After talking with the owner he did mention these were all things he was going to fix, but the van was pretty new and they just have had no time to fix these things yet.
Final big positive to mention is all the extra equipment provided for free, such as beach chairs, tent, beach umbrella, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and more. This was amazing as many other people charge extra for these items. They also made the trip that much more fun and enjoyable. I would definitely hire both this van and from these owners again.

Eileen and Carl were the best hosts; we loved interacting with them. When our previous rental fell through, they were more than happy to accommodate us last minute with booking their E350. These hosts and this vehicle exceeded our expectations and the camper was the perfect way to explore the Island. Would highly recommend, can’t wait to book with them again next time we’re in Oahu!

Nous avons passé un super moment tout autour de l'île grâce au van. Carl a été super avant et pendant tout le voyage, répondant toujours très vite, toujours avec de bons conseils ou des solutions pratiques pour tout rendre simple.
Le van en lui même est un peu fatigué, le confort a 4 avec 2 ados était un peu spartiate, mais ça a fait partie du charme de l'expérience.

Just amazing and must do experience while in Oahu!
There are so many places to see just a short drive away.
Car is perfect, very thought through with little details that make you stay comfortable. Utensils, chairs, swimming equipment, you name it!

Amazing! Carl the host was pretty cool, he was kind and ready to help us with lot of suggestions! His camper van it was really cosy, we really enjoyed the time on it and in the island!

We had a fantastic holiday and the camper van was perfect for our road trip around Oahu island.

Carl and Eileen were great communicators and very helpful. The van was a little worn out and had some items but working, but great value for the price and awesome memories made!!

Picked the Camper up from Carl who was amenable to my slight change in schedule. Showed my everything I needed to know about the Camper before we set out and was available to answer any questions.
If we were to come back to Oahu again we would certainly look to book with Carl and Eileen again!

I had the absolute BEST time cruising around Oahu in this rig. It’s exactly as advertised. The views are STUNNING when you’re pulled up to a beach in the morning or for sunset. Loved having the mini fridge and being able to cook! The bed was comfy and it was easy to drive. Working with Eileen and Carl was awesome. They were super helpful and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!! And will rent again when I’m back on Oahu 😊
