I want to state that I gave the owner, Brett, the opportunity to "make it right" with us before I left this review and he did not respond, so I will give my honest review. Upon entering the trailer, my husband went in to use the restroom. The toilet had not been cleaned (I'll spare you the details, but it was disgusting). Also the bathroom mirror had spit/tootpaste marks all over it and the skylight in the bathroom had about 20 dead bugs caught in cobwebs.
We then looked around the rest of the trailer, knowing it had not been cleaned. The window sills were filthy and the sheets on the bed had not been washed. There was no knife, no can opener and no dish soap.
I notified Brett right away about the fact that the trailer had not been cleaned and he said that they had used a new cleaning service, but never offered any compensation or to come out and clean the trailer. We had to borrow blankets and pillows from friends, as well as the other items that were not provided. Needless to say, it was not the experience we were looking for and I'm even more disappointed that Brett was not professional enough to compensate us in some way.
