Horrible he’s very disrespectful and had many issues with his rv. Don’t book he will cancel last second

Hi Mr. Jasarat. We apologize that you feel that way. This request was made through Outdoorsy last minute when my account was on pause. I advised that I would get back to you. The RV had a maintenance scheduled & I wanted to make sure it was rental ready. Also, there was a language barrier so we were communicating through your child. When I asked your child 3 times if they were the ones requesting the booking, they said yes. Unfortunately, we don't rent to minors or unlicensed individuals. You were also supposed to pick up the RV because you didn't pay to have it dropped off. I also explained to you ahead of time that I had a doctor's appointment & would have to meet you before a certain time. You guys are an hour away from me, yet you were trying to have me go 85% of the way to drop off the RV when again, you hadn't paid any of the drop off fees. I was still trying to make your trip as comfortable as possible when we agreed to meet halfway, we couldn't agree on the halfway point.

At pickup, the RV had half a tank of gas, a quarter tank of propane, partially full blackwater tank, and an unreported broken window (no glass, just tape). During trip, we found it necessary to put air in tires because they were below recommended pressure, refill the propane so the refrigerator would work, replace the tape covering the broken window because it fell off during a rainstorm, and it needed an oil change. Additional preexisting damage included: shower bracket was broken so it required you to hold sprayer; the blinds by the master bed were broken; there were two chips in windshield; knobs for roof vents would not stay on. Owner was responsive but responses were frequently inaccurate and he admitted unfamiliarity, having only spent three days (ever) in RV.

Greg was a terrific host! Everything was exactly as described. And he was flexible on pick up time so we missed the rush hour traffic. He’d already added fresh water to the tank to get us started. We would definitely rent from him again. Thank you Greg!

Happy New Year! This was our first RV trip as a family and we absolutely LOVED it! Great RV with plenty of space for our family of 4. Even got to take a hot shower and have the heater on at night when the temperatures got chilly. Renting on Outdoorsy provides the perfect way to enjoy the luxury of camping in an RV without actually owning one. Greg was an awesome host and very accommodating. Will definitely recommend this to our friends and family and be looking out for availability in Gregory’s V-day Express!
