Owner communicated just 2 hours before delivery that the air conditioner wasn't working. He had 2 fans blowing and suggested we go to Walmart and purchase a larger fan. Couldn't get trailer level. Very uncomfortable 4 days with over 95 degrees each day. Reserved this rental 3 months ago with no communication until day of delivery. Will not be renting again from him.

We had the best time camping with Johns trailer. The queen bed has got to be one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on. Everything worked great during our trip.

John was great, on time, trailer was everything that was in the description, we camped at lake skinner and paid to do delivery and pickup. We will be renting it again
