Our Family loves to camp, we have enjoyed camping over the years in the mountains of WV; Summersville Lake, WV and Cave Run Lake, KY. Now we enjoy camping by the ocean with our children! Our RV was spacious, luxurious and clean as a whistle. Our hosts Rhonda and Chris were awesome. Very attentive to any questions and responses were quick. We would definitely rent from them again and again.

Unit was fully stocked with everything including the kitchen sink. Chris and Rhonda were on it in case there were problems. None to report. Unit was clean and beautiful. Most comfortable as well. The bed was perfect. Booking for next year already. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We were told not to use the toilet at all to avoid filling the black tank up. This is understandable for a multi-day stay however the RV showed up to is with the black tank already 2/3 full. That is not fair to us. We paid to use the full RV and paid the dumping fee. It made the weekend more difficult than needed with two young kids.

A three star review is rather disappointing. With questions from the renter we had a discussion regarding the grey tank filling quickly with hand washing, washing dishes, showers, etc. As the site was not a full hook up, we were asked if there was anything they needed to do to make sure the tanks didn't fill. The normal discussion - use the bathhouse when you can and there is an outdoor hose for use to rinse sand, etc. At no point was there any mention to not use the toilet at all. Also, any RV owner knows that the sensors don't work correctly for the black tank as there is often residue or waste buildup that makes them read full or partially full when they are not. The renter had our personal phone numbers for any questions or concerns and never once reached out to inquire. The unit was cleaned thoroughly before the rental and the tanks were flushed repeatedly to make sure there would be no issues over the 3 day weekend. At the end of the rental we were told everything was good and they had a good time. So the review is surprising.

Chris and Rhonda Toney were great to work with. This was the best rental experience we have ever had. They made sure everything was perfect. We will be renting from them from now on.

All we can say is, "WOW!!!" Such a great experience with Chris and Rhonda!
When we arrived at our campsite, they were there waiting on us, with the site ready to go. All we had to do was unpack and configure our campsite the way we wanted it. Such a great family, and it felt like we had known them for years! We had one minor issue during our entire stay, which was mostly my fault. I texted Chris, and he was there in 5 min to fix it, and we were good to go!
We will definitely be contacting them again next summer for our yearly camping trip!

My husband had history camping with his parents, but this was a first for myself and my children! Chris and Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure our camping experience was the best. The camper was clean and beautiful and if I had a question or a problem, Chris had it solved quickly. I can’t thank them enough for their part in making this trip a wonderful experience. Hope to work with them again in the future!

We had a great time camping. We packed much more than what we needed. No need to bring bulky linens and covers, pop up awning or camping rugs. Everything was there that we needed and the owners came back to help us with something. They are very kind and responsive. We will definitely rent from them again.

We loved the rental with Toney Transport. Chris was our tour guide and handy man all in one. He was very responsive to all our requests and we will definitely rent with them again.

Our stay in the Cottage was wonderful! When we arrived Chris and Rhonda were there to go over every detail with us, from hoses to light switches! The owners also called us several times throughout our stay to make sure we didn't need anything and make sure we didn't have any questions(Super sweet)! The cottage is very spacious, large enough for our family to come visit with plenty of room for all of us to be together. Super clean! We have already booked our site for 2025 and We will be renting from the Toney's again for sure! Highly recommend!!

Chris and Rhonda were great and very friendly! We had some issues with getting the hot water going and the door unlocked, but they came out each time promptly and helped fix the problem. The RV was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend Chris and Rhonda for any future RV stays.
