Hi im Alfredo and I love to spend times in the outdoors just like yourself. I enjoy using the trailer for off roading adventure throughout North America, although have only explored west coast so far. But more to come. I want to share this fun memorable experience with you, by letting families and friends rent my RV. So that they too can have fun outdoors.

Alfredo delivered and picked up the RV as planned. The setup went as expected. We ran into a few glitches with getting the refrigerator to cool appropriately but were able to remedy those quickly with some messages to Alfredo. The biggest issue we ran into is some items missing in the RV that we expected to be present. His description on Outdoorsy and his itemized list was out of sync and his itemized list proved to be more accurate. His description clearly said utensils were included but they weren't. Considering we were dry camping with limited ability to go anywhere this did create some complications but we were able to work around it. I would encourage Alfredo to be consistent and anyone renting read what is included carefully. Had we done this there would have been fewer surprises. Things I was surprised were lacking: trash cans, utensils of any kind, cutting board and linens of any kind (although linens was indicated on his documentation I failed to read carefully enough).

The trailer was a great fit for our family of five for a camping trip in the Santa Cruz mountains. We had the trailer delivered and picked up which made the logistics of the trip nice and easy.

Alfredo’s Toy Hauler was a great time despite a huge storm that tried to ruin our plans but we persevered! Alfredo helped us during a down pour when we picked up to get hitched to the truck and showed us all the ins and outs of the trailer.
Communication was super fast which we were grateful for! We had to change our plans because Hollister Hills shut down on our way there, we let Alfredo know that we had to change our destination and he was understanding!
