Rachel was great to work with and easy to get ahold of. Unfortunately the trailer was not very well stocked and had a toilet repair (water hose leaked anytime the pump was on) that really needed done before sending anyone out for a trip. The owners knew but forgot to tell us.
The AC unit also has some kind of issue where even an overpowered generator gets tripped when trying to run it at full power. It works well, but due to the floor plan of the trailer and AC design it was always hot in the Murphy bed area. I’d definitely recommend bringing a fan to help the AC circulate.
Ultimately it served its purpose, kept us sheltered and our food cold.

Everything was awesome about renting this camper! Rachel and her husband were very very easy to work with. They were available via text to help with a couple questions while we were camping and they were super flexible meeting up for pickup and delivery. I would highly recommend renting from them.
