The RV is very nice, it drove well and had no issues with any appliances or features. After much researching, Jamie's pricing is very good and offers a great value for what you get. Jamie is very helpful and kind. She was extremely accommodating to the timing of my trip, and that flexibility was greatly appreciated. She was available via phone for any questions I may have had (I didn't have any because everything was explained and documented well, but it provides extra peace of mind to know she can be reached). The RV was stocked with bedding, towels, kitchen items, pots/pans, dish soap, garbage bags, RV toilet paper... basically all of the critical items one may need. So already having these items and not needing to pack them is such a time saver! She also has camping items in the RV, such as chairs, a small table, and an outdoor mat. For future renters, just a few things to check: 1) if you won't have a water hookup at your site, let Jamie know and she would fill the fresh water tank. She offered to fill it before we left, but we needed to pack our things anyway, so we filled it at our house while packing. It took about 10 minutes. Jamie provides a hose with a filter on it, which can be used on a garden hose to make the water drinkable. 2) we brought our own pillows, I don't believe there were extra pillows, 3) bedding is provided but there aren't any extra blankets, so if you get cold at night pack blankets. 4) pack your ez-pass!

Jamie did an excellent job in explaining the ins and outs of operating her very clean and functional RV. The RV handled well was fairly easy to drive for first time RV travelers. Inside it had everything we needed for the trip, we just added our food and personal items. Everything was in great condition and we didn’t have any issues. Jamie had a helpful tip guide we could refer to when needed. We would definitely rent from Jamie again and highly recommend her and her RV.
