Van runs good-needs A LOT of repairs.The day she dropped off she tells me the AC is broken.She said it broke a few weeks back-should have either told me before or not had it listed.She asked before I took the key”if this was a problem”what was I supposed to do?Our trip was planned & I was leaving the same day.She had 2 small battery operated fans as a solution-I had 3 box style fans we used.The ride was uncomfortable because we had to keep the AC on high just to cool the back so we froze up front.We had to keep engine running all day so cab AC kept the rest of the van cool.
At night I used just the fans& the temperature was bearable.The couch/bed is sunken in the middle& extremely uncomfortable to sleep on my hips still hurt.No water in bathroom& massive leak happened so no water at all.Awning doesn’t open.Pack your own utensils to eat had to pay extra for cooking pots.Bike rack broken,missing privacy screen,door bug screen broken.No discount/refund offered for all the inconveniences.Karen is nice.

Karen was incredibly thorough, flexible, professional, and kind. The RV was equipped to perfection for our trip, and Karen gave us excellent instructions. This was our first experience with Outdoorsy and Karen helped make it a resounding success. I cannot recommend her enough, and we look forward to renting from her again!

Fun intro to van life! Karen answered all our questions promptly pre-trip and was very generous with her time when we went to pick up the van. She explained how everything worked to us in detail before we left so that we could use all the features with ease and confidence. Comfortable van with everything you'll need for your trip on board already! Very helpful and patient host!
