We rented Shiva’s Metris MZB van for a 3-day road trip with our elderly parents, who have never been to Yosemite National Park. Our father is hemiplegic, who requires a wheelchair, our mother uses a cane, and the van is dog friendly(for our 14lb senior Shih Tzu).The van was perfect for us! Our parents stayed in a cabin at the Yosemite resort, while my husband & I slept in the pop up tent on top of the van in the driveway. The convenience of adjusting the rear bench to accommodate the wheelchair, our other baggages & camping accessories was definitely a plus. With that said, the bench can be folded down to a queen size bed too! In addition, with the power inverter, we were able to charge our mobile phones, turn on the heat and indoor lights at night, without having to turn on the van’s engine. There is also a table & a roll out shade on the passenger side of the van(we were shaded by trees that had a picnic table at the cabin site, so we never used them).From the start to finish, Shiva was very accommodating to our needs. He communicated well via text, spent time answering our questions online & in-person, patiently reviewed all the operations of the vehicle, and again allowed us to video the ops training at pickup. He was flexible with our pickup & return times since it was the same days as contracted.Shiva & his spouse were excellent! Although it was more than our budget, the experience was fantastic and our parents enjoyed their trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to use your van again for another trip and would definitely recommend your Class B van to others! Thank you Shiva & family for sharing your van with us!
