Van was clean and runs smoothly for a weekend getaway you the coast with our two young kids. Very helpful to watch the how-to instruction video on this model of camper.

Amazing RV, very clean well kept. Wei walked us through all the necessary details efficiently and effectively. Only small detail is we had to move the return time up slightly earlier than planned, but he let us pick up the RV quite early as well. Highly recommend!

This was our first RV adventure and it was absolutely incredible. The RV itself was flawless, with no issues or letdowns whatsoever. Wei, our host, was fantastic and incredibly helpful. He stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire trip. We will definitely be booking with Wei again in the near future. A solid 5-star experience!

Brilliant experience with Wei and this amazing van. Wei was in excellent contact with us throughout and took the time to explain the van and how it worked. The van was perfect for our family camping trip, very clean, well equipped and a pleasure to use. My kids loved sleeping in the pop up and the fairy lights are a lovely touch. I would not hesitate to book this van again.

Wei was great with explaining everything to us so that we could have a safe, fun trip with his campervan. Two kids (13 and 10) and two adults were able to enjoy the weekend even when we were a little cooped up due to rain. It was perfect that we had the camper and weren’t tenting it.

Wei takes pride in his van and it shows. He took an hour to show us how everything works since we renting an RV for the first time. He had included hand sanitizer, disposable plates and cutlery and many other small touches that made our trip easier.The van is in great condition and was easy to drive. We got about 15 MPG on regular gas. We loved the pop top bed. It was cool and gave us more space for things on the bottom.We deducted one star because we were not able to pick up the van at the usual 3pm slot and had to pick it up at 6.30pm since the earlier renter returned it late. Wei was gracious about this and gave us a complementary large battery. We were supposed to return it at 2pm. Midway through our trip which had spotty cell service, we received messages from Wei asking us to return the van at noon instead because he wanted to give it to the next renter. We had to change our plans to accommodate this request. He said we didn't have to fill up the gas tank and picked up the van from near our home in return. Wei also found an item we had left behind and returned it the same day which was much appreciated.We also got alerts on our Apple devices on the trip that an Airtag was tracking our location. We eventually figured out that Wei had put an Airtag in the van but hadn't told us about it. Per Outdoorsy's policy, hosts are allowed to have location trackers if they comply with state laws and renters are told about it and can opt out.
