We have been Private Investigators for over 25 years now. We have been married for 38 years. We have four children and five grandchildren. We have had great adventures hunting, fishing, and camping. Camper and pick up was great. Future renters be aware of additional fees taken out of your security deposit. We had an additional $150 cleaning fee charged 7 days after return

Brandon he picked up and dropped off the trailer on time. He did however bring the trailer back filthy and the black/grey tanks full. It took us over 6 hours to get it clean again. It clearly states on our listing that we will charge a cleaning fee and dump fee if brought back in this condition. In addition to this, we let every renter know that if it is brought back dirty these fees will apply and it is even on the contract, We have renters sign.

Yes, it is true that we canceled one day before because he was not responding to our attempts to contact him, and we were concerned because his phone was from another state, and he said he was coming all the way from Aspen Wyoming to pick our trailer up to take all the way back to South Dakota. Which didn't make sense to us. His phone number was from another state as well, not associated with Wyoming or South Dakota. His lack of communication began to make us concerned if he was truly who he said he was and if our trailer was going to be brought back. Many things on Outdoorsy pointed to this behavior as being suspicious in nature. So, yes, we did cancel out of concern for the trailer.

This is a beautiful new RV with all the amenities you would expect, and more. All you need to do is bring your food, clothes, and toiletries and you will be set for adventure. A few features that made it extra easy for our family: tankless (on-demand) water heater, fully stocked cook ware and serving set, roomy bunks, furnace, and slide-out among many others. Plus, the hosts are fantastic to work with, they had the RV prepped and ready for us, they made it simple and fun!
