The camper was great, everything worked well, it was clean, enough space for our family of 5, would rent again. Tom was very nice, flexible, and easy to work with.
The only criticism I have is that toilet paper was supposed to be provided (as mentioned in the listing) and was not. If I had know in advance, no biggie and would have bought proper paper for the trailer system, but there was none. We will know for next time.
