Picked up trailer, Justin gave me an informative tour/general overview inside and out of the unit without a mask, stating that it had been sanitized. I wore my mask pickup and return. Initial inspection: Shower and tv mount were noticeably broken, with an attempted repair with plack duct tape. Day one on the road we noticed THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS MISSING, and the furnace vent would not stay on as it was obviously broken as well. This made sleeping at night hazardous, as our baby slept in a bassinet near an exposed flame. Many more screws in the unit loosened and fell out during our travels. The shower basically crumbled and tv mount seperated from the wall while we were driving, so i dissassembled and put the parts into justins containers that he provided. The battery died in the unit, and either the gray/black/potable tank display was innacurate when displaying the fullness of the tanks, or the tanks were not draining properly when flushed and drained. The unit was thoroughly swept and wiped down in its entirety the day of return, all tanks emptied to the best of my knowledge and the exterior had been scrubbed at a self carwash. When returning, Justin wore and hankerchief round his neck but not actually on his face and was rude and accusatory. Stating that the unit was not clean and we would be charged for previous damages. I was planning on overlooking the inconvieniences and troubles we had experienced with this unit, but not after that. Outdoorsy is a great platform, but i would recommend avoiding this owner.

This was a very unfortunate situation for Joshua. After waiving the mileage fee to go across the country with my trailer, several items were broken and not cleaned after the return. Understand, towing a trailer significantly decreases gas mileage and is an inconvenience in general, compared to regular traveling in just a vehicle. However, Joshua was very unsupportive in responding to a cleaning fee and assessment of the damages, therefore demanding a refund for the entire 2 weeks that my trailer was unusable. The furnace is 100% operable and the shower works perfect. Many renters thoroughly enjoyed this NoBo throughout the Rocky Mountains all summer and fall. It is unfortunate one renter had a bad experience, but I assure you that our family hopes you will enjoy the trailer for many future camping trips. Please contact me with any questions.
