I’m sorry you feel that you had to rate your experience with us a one-star review. During the travel while the unit was in your possession, there was damage to the pipes in the camper, which were completely shattered, and we, as owners, had to assess the damage. I’m sorry you feel this is worthy of a one-star review. I’m sure you can understand as an owner, that having equipment returned damaged can be shocking. We had to file a claim and quickly determined that it was a manufacturer installation issue that caused the problem. There were no charges incurred or charged to you, in fact, you returned the unit with a 2/4 full gray tank and a half-full black tank when you stated it was empty. This was a learning lesson for everyone involved, and we wish you well.
