This was our first time renting through Outdoorsy and coming across Blanca's listed RV was a blessing. She was very friendly and informative. She made us very comfortable with the renting process and walked us through all her unit had to offer. We were happy campers and look forward to renting from her again.

Blanca was beyond helpful and kind. We loved the camper. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Very roomy and loved the layout of the camper.

Blanca was fantastic and did a very good job of communicating throughout the entire experience. She was extremely accommodating and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Well stocked RV with everything our family needed for a wonderful weekend. We have rented a couple of different times from various sources and would definitely recommend Blanca!

Blanca was great. She explained the operation of the trailer very thoroughly and checked in with us when we arrived at the campsite to make sure everything was going ok. Will definitely be booking with B in the future.

Blanca was a life saver. Our trip to Jellystone park with my 3 children started off as an absolute nightmare. We rented an RV from a different person and it arrived in unlivable conditions. It was disgusting and I wasn't going to let my family stay in it. We were 5 hours from home and had no other options. I called outdoorsy and they worked hard to find us a replacement RV to stay in. We were lucky enough to have Blanca haul her RV 2 hours to us so my family's vacation wasn't ruined. She was the most sweet and kind person. Her RV was amazing. Inside it was so clean you would have thought it was brand new. Blanca checked up on us multiple times throughout the trip to make sure we were 100% satisfied. My family owes our vacation to her and I will be renting from her in the future. Thank you Blanca for everything.

TT was clean and stocked with a ton of extras! Blanca was very flexible on pick up and drop off times and very responsive to any questions we had. This was our first time renting a TT and it was an awesome experience. I would recommend this TT to family and friends! The only issue we had was a flat tire on the return trip. Outdoorsy's roadside assistance was useless in this regard - it took them 3hrs to arrive. In the end we fixed the flat ourselves. Blanca was quick to get with Outdoorsy to ensure I was compensated for the inconvenience - thank you, Blanca! I will be filing a formal complaint with Outdoorsy on their terrible roadside assistance service.

Hi there hopefully all was resolved with Outdoorsy and you received the refund for the road-side assistance, along with your deposit. We had new tires installed on our TT. The flat tire situation you experienced did not sit well in my thoughts....so I decided to avoid this from happening to my future travelers, and you as well, when you return, Wink-wink.
