As this was my 1st Outdoorsy rental I was extremely anxious about, basically, everything.
Cris was excellent at communicating ahead of the handover of the vehicle. Extremely thorough walk through and tutorial on all the vehicle attributes and we were off.
This vehicle is ideally suited for 2 people, maybe 3 could be done. But for this trip it proved ideal for two (2) adults. Everything worked from a/c, generator, water pump, vehicle. Zero negatives about the essentials of the vehicle.
I would have liked to have been able to utilize the table behind the driver seats for meals and laptop work but the table was short and not stable, by design. And the GPS due to its angle in the dashboard can be hard to see in afternoon lighting (we utilized following along with our smartphone to augment).
But I think these are minor misses as the overall experience was superb. I could not have anticipated everything working out so flawlessly for this trip to a new state, new highways, campgrounds, etc.
If I was ever renting a vehicle again in the Nashville area - I would check in with Cris first.
Although, I am already planning our next Outdoorsy rental to be a Yellowstone adventure.

Cris was great. He made us super comfortable with meeting up. Was available the whole time for questions. Went out of his way to help and met us to return. We had a great adventure
