My wife and I were traveling from Michigan to Olympic National Park where we had rented an RV to enjoy the park. Two days before our arrival - we were driving through Montana - the RV cancelled. We were shocked! Then Erin came to the rescue. She had the perfect RV available and it was close to where we planned to be. Then when our travel plans became more complicated because of truck issues, Erin agreed to both deliver and then pick up the RV. Because our arrival time was unsure, the RV was delivered, hooked up, organized and the keys literally left under the mat. The RV itself is beautiful. Outside and inside it appears brand new - impeccable. Everything worked perfectly. We hated leaving it. Because of the issues we faced before arriving, I reached out to Erin multiple times at all hours of the day. She always responded practically immediately and always in a kind, caring manner. It was an excellent experience. I cannot say enough about Erin or her RV. Great experience!
