Dan was an amazing host, we had a small technical issue at 11PM at Entrance Bay, Cultas Lake and he met us within an hour to make sure everything was fixed! Great customer service, will definitely rent again in near future.

My family of four had a great experience. Dan was very easy to communicate with and when we had been originally been overcharged (by outdoorsy, not Dan), Dan was able to get things sorted out quickly. The trailer was as advertised and clean. I would go to Dan again for a trailer rental.
