Took an 8-day road trip to DValley, GCanyon, Zion, Bryce, Canyonland, and Arches on 3/28. RV ran great & my family had a good time. The POC for the RV was also very responsive during the trip. I am marking down 2 stars for the issues prior to the trip. I booked on 3/2 and messaged the owner 3 days before the trip but did not get a response. Outdoorsy was also unable to get a response from the owner. I had to make a trip to the specified address the evening before the trip and the owner (who does not reside at the address) never informed the employees of the booking. I have never interacted with the owner to this day. The staff scrambled to get the RV ready the next morning which I really appreciate but I was a little nervous that the RV may not have been properly checked prior to the trip and might be putting my family in danger. They also told me not to use the slide out or awning as they may not retract which wasn't what was advertised. The staff cleaned the RV with the available time they had but it definitely still very dirty and doesn't meet the standards of a Covid cleaning fee. I ended up accepting the vehicle anyway because all the campsites were booked and everything ended up ok but I may not rent a RV again under this model. I would expect Outdoorsy to contact the owner before the trip and make sure proper checks are made depending the amount of planned driving. However, under this model, the renter who typically knows nothing about RVs are expected to do the leg work after the booking is accepted. The staff member Billy and lady who assisted me with the paperwork were great. Only gripe was they rush me to return Saturday evening when I paid for a Sunday return. Again this the fault of the owner accepting a Sunday return when their employees do not work on Sundays.

We had a great time in the RV. Billy met us at the dealer and kindly showed us everything we needed to know for first time RVing. The RV has average wear, which suited us with three young kids. I would rent the RV again.

This reservation was made back in April or May. When I contacted the owner to arrange pick up, I was informed that the air conditioner wasn't working. It was very hot in Texas that week and A/C was a requirement. The owner offered a full refund which has not yet materialized. Vacation was ruined and I'm out $1600. An incredibly poor experience.

First time in an RV. Had a great time with my family going to Yosemite. Billy and Sonja were great at explaining how to use it and processing the paperwork. The RV is an older model and certainly looks and feels it but would highly recommend for first timers! The stove rattled as we drove but putting something with weight on it silenced it for the most part and made driving around more enjoyable. It was quick and easy to learn.

This is the second time we have rented this trailer. So easy and quick and everyone is so friendly!!! Fits out family of four perfect for our camping adventures!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Renting this Trailer was great and the owners were easy to communicate with. The trailer is a little older but it is comfortable, clean and has everything you need! I ended up picking up the trailer in Fremont and dealt with Billy and Sonja who were both great to deal with and so kind! Thank you for a great camping trip!

First the owner and the guys he's using at The Dealer were really quite good. Owner was responsive, and the folks at The Dealer let you park your car there. They are friendly, professional, and put me a little at ease with the transaction. Outdoorsy has you upload pictures of little dings and scratches that makes it seem like there could be an argument over every little thing. It's an older rig that has it's dings and scratches, so that could be a problem, but they put me at ease and it wasn't. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it's an older rig, and they should probably have an easier troubleshooting tips for new drivers or something. There no manual even. So when the "check engine" light came on, we were literally googling as to what to do. Google suggested it's a sensor problem, not the old issue where it could be something bigger, and sure enough after some cold starts it went away. Then there's the stink. On the second day, it stunk. It was the first day we used the grey water, and we wrestled around and googled and it seemed like if you wetted it, then dried it, it could stink, so we kept some in the grey water and it went away. It spooked us enough we never used the black water at all. But on night 7, the stink came back. And badly. We were hooked up, we had been using only grey all week, and the evening was fine. Our best guess is that we were exactly level and some water went into a new area or something and when it cooled at night, the air didn't flow right and it stunk. In the morning, it still stunk, but largely went away, but we wrestled with it for a while. Again back to google. It's possible this is just the world of RV's, and being our first time ever in an RV, we just need to get used to occasional issues; from online it kind of seems like that. But a simply placard with do's and dont's (don't leave propane on while driving, e.g.) would go a long way here. Also, the cabinets were new, but they don't close securely enough, so bring the blue tape like another review said, pretty important to tape them shut.

Had a fantastic trip with this RV. Very comfortable ride. The kids commented after-the-fact that it was more comfortable sitting at the table for the long rides than being in the back seat of our car. The check-out process was very easy. CJ kindly answered all sorts of newbie questions that we had from the road. The only complaint was a couple broken drawers (parts were supposedly on order) that tended to slide out or rattle during the drive. On the whole, though, a very enjoyable trip.
