Rick is nice enough but I would not rent to him & his group again. No major damages to the rv but a lot of little stuff that show it was not treated with respect. (Looks like just partied in at a festival, every surface covered with grime & a smell that won’t go away so far) The RV was returned late at 2am with very little communication & just not the type of experiences I like to have or have had with any of our renters prior. Tanks were dumped and Gas was filled, and he did apologize but just wouldn’t want this for our
Family rv again.
