The host, Cornelius was great, very communicative when we had several questions and issues as first-time RV users. But the RV itself was a little rough. First, it was not cleaned well when we picked it up, which I was really disappointed about because we paid a hefty fee towards cleaning. It showed a lot of wear and tear, the retractable steps made a very loud clicking noise every single time they went in and out, which I’m sure our neighbors in the RV park didn’t love either. Pieces of the molding around the walls fell off at random. The tank switches didn’t show accurate water and waste levels, which made things tricky. Overall our family time was great but the RV itself needs to be put out to pasture.

Cornelius was very prompt in responding to any of our questions. We had NO issues during the 12 day adventure. This RV is a bit dated (2016), but everything operated perfectly. We would not hesitate to use Cornelius again!

This was our first time renting the RV. The communication was great. I wish the walk-through was better. We didn't know how to turn on the oven as it uses a lighter. The TV has a blue line running through the middle. Everything else was great. Rv was clean. Thanks!

Motor home was ready to go when I arrived. All equipment operated as expected, switched between electric and gas when needed, 3 nights with electric plug and 3 with no services.
