I am sad to say but my experience with this motorhome rental was less than satisfying. I am a little disappointed with how the trailer had been given to us. To start, it was supposed to come with a full tank of propane, which we did not get. The gas was also pretty low so I had to put gas in it almost immediately after pick up. I feel as if the Motorhome was not properly prepared for my family and I before our camping trip and unfortunately, it became a pretty big inconvenience to us.
When we arrived to our camping spot, I wanted to put the awning out and that is when I discovered that it was broken with a missing piece making it not possible to use. It ended up raining quite a bit on Saturday and we ended up having to sit inside the motorhome instead of outside where we preferred to be.
When we noticed that the awning wasn’t in working condition, we tried to contact the owner and there was no reply.
We agreed to drop off the motorhome sometime before 2pm on drop off day. We got to the location of drop off around 1:30pm. When we arrived, there was no one home to exchange the keys. We waited half an hour before getting a response, guiding us to leave the keys at the door.
We also returned it in cleaner condition than we received it. It was like it wasn’t even cleaned before we rented it, which is something I believe should be done between each customer.
A lot of what the ad said, didn’t match with what we actually got. They had said it came with nothing but had quite a bit of there personal items left in it, which should be removed when renting the unit. Also it had seemed that the battery was reset because the time was out of whack on the stereo and the engine light had come on at the end of the trip. By disconnecting the batter, this would reset the engine light which takes a while to reregister and takes a while for that engine light to come back on.

RV drove well, however was listed as sleeps 8 and there was only room for 6 (5 seatbelts total). Two would have to sleep on the floor, however we only had 7 so made it work with one on the floor. However the ad was misleading. A lot of sticking doors, hard to open and lock storage areas due to bent frames. However was clean. Would recommend it if ad changed to say 6 not 8

Lina stole our entire damage deposit. Doesn't speak english well enough to answer questions, call or write anything. No explanations, just take our money. I will tell everyone I know to never rent from Outdoorsy!

I booked the RV 10 days ahead of time, and I contacted her, asking if I could pick up the RV at 9 am. She agreed, and come that day, I contacted her, saying I was going to collect the RV. She said we had to wait another 30 minutes, which is understandable. Come 30 minutes, contact her again, we need to wait an hour, an hour passes, and she then says we need to wait another hour and a half. It was a little frustrating because we agreed upon 9, and it was 12 by the time I got the vehicle. During the camping trip, we figure out that the water tank/supply had an issue in it, causing us to have no water during the three days we camped, and we couldn't fill it back up as all the water seemed to leak out. The overall experience was ruined by this fact.

Lina is extremely helpful and answers rapidly to any question. We're living hard times due to COVID pandemic and she's rapidly accepted our cancellation request. We're really touched by her understanding and will try by all means to rent with her next time.
