John was easily to talk to and set up the rental with reasonable rates. His pick up and drop of times were accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and detailed on his trailer and explaining everything. It was a nice trailer and everything worked as it should. Overall great trip and would be more than happy to rent from him again.
