Overall, we had an okay experience with renting this travel trailer. Before I get into the good and bad, I do think that our experience was not norm for this rental.
THE GOOD
-Looked just like the pictures
-Clean
-Shelia delivered and set-up the rv for us and coordinating was super simple
-Great space
-GREAT customer service
THE BAD
- A/C didn't work
-Toilet leaked heavily
-Many outlets weren't working
-No hot water
-Stove didn't workI think the person who rented the trailer before us might have done a number on a handful of things and that the rv is typically in good working order, however, I'd be lying if I said it didn't put a major damper on our trip. Shelia for her part was great - she got us fans to keep the rv cool and tried her best to fix the issues on site. I imagine she will get everything up and running again in no time and that our trip was just a fluke, but I want to be sure to share my honest experience.
