Kylie-Ann had excellent communication and was super flexible when I had to arrange travel to pick up and drop off the van.
I had an excellent trip away, and the van ran well once I got used to its quirks.

We have hired vehicles many times, both overseas and within Australia, but have never encountered such an easy and pleasant experience as we did with Byron Adventure Vans. Kylie-Anne totally understood our needs, and tailored our van to suit. We had great communication, all down-to-earth, with "real" people. The contract was very simple, and took 5 minutes to finalise. (Loved that!) And the van - it was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and ran like a dream. All around, the perfect experience. Thanks heaps you guys.
