This guy is scamming people. Nothing worked on this RV. Not the A/C , Generator, Water System, Awning, Shower, or Stove. This was a terrible rental and we had to sleep in a hotel. Our food was destroyed in the miami heat. DO NOT RENT THIS RV

We are disappointed to hear this review, especially as we pride ourselves on being a reputable business with multiple 5-star reviews. We have always been committed to providing our renters with well-maintained RVs and prompt support. We gave you the RV in good faith and in a condition to which you approved of. We did not take into account that the RV would be left open and abandoned during its use and unsupervised throughout the Love Burn Festival. Unfortunately, the RV was returned to us in poor condition, with damage that was documented. We take accusations of scamming seriously and are confident that our track record and actions during this rental demonstrate our dedication to customer satisfaction and transparency.

We rented a Keystone Fuzion 430 fifth wheel for 2 weeks. It was very well appointed and roomy. Comfortable set up with lots of space/ seating in the living room. Matt was very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions we had throughout our trip.

RV listing is accurate with plenty of room, cleanliness was ok. But The Black tank was clogged which is RV issue caused clogging and unable to wash dishes and use bathroom on our second day.

We had our RV delivered to our campsite because we like to come in and not have to worry about setting it up and when it is time to leave, it is picked up by Fireside. Jason and Ben were great to work with especially when we had an issue come up on our rental. Really appreciate the continuous communication until it was repaired. We will definitely rent from Fireside again.
