This was our first time renting an RV, and we loved it! The van was set up with absolutely everything! We brought only clothes, food, binoculars! We loved boon docking, and that’s what this van does best! There’s a small learning curve, from where did we stow everything, to how to turn on/off the lights, water, heat, and propane. Ronda was available to answer our questions! The fridge is a nice size, even has a freezer that kept ice cream and ice! The bed is very comfortable.
The storage area below the bed is huge, we could have brought suitcases, vs the duffles we thought we’d need for compactability (flew into PHX). I would have preferred folding outdoor chairs vs assemble style, but they did compact well for storage. The bikes on the back did not interfere with the use of the doors at all. The cassette and grey water were easy to empty. Overall, it was a great experience! A rental is more than just the unit,, it’s all about the people! Ronda and Gary go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience!

We had an incredible trip to see the annular solar eclipse in southeast Utah. The sprinter van was the perfect experience for two of us driving from Phoenix and camping along the way and there. Gary and Ronda were very helpful and made sure we understood the full operation of the vehicle. Would do this again and rent from them again in a heartbeat!

This was our first ever trip with an RV/Sprinter and it exceeded our expectations! Gary and Ronda gave us a thorough overview of the vehicle and made themselves available throughout our trip by text if we had any questions. They always responded very quickly and it made our trip a breeze! We look forward to our next van adventure and highly recommend renting a vehicle from Gary and Ronda!
