Rob does a great job of explaining everything which helps enormously. Our camper, Silvester, worked fine but was a little worn around the edges. However we had a very good weekend and would recommend London Campers if you want a VW campervan.

Excellent support and friendly service from Rob and the team at London Campers helped us have a great first trip in a VW camper - despite a last minute problem with the van we had originally booked Rob made sure we had an alternative van without causing any disruption to our plans. Pick up and drop off totally seamless and helpful instructions of all equipment. Would recommend.

I had a few issues with the leisure battery but Rob was helpful and it was fixed in the end. Would recommend.

Rob and his mate Pete were helpful and flexible about arrangements. Our van, Santiago, handled the journey down to EOTR festival in Dorset smoothly and was a joy to drive.
Attention to detail could be better – there was a change in booking admin systems in the period leading up to our rental, leading to some irrelevant and irritating automated messages. The pre-rental check should have been more thorough, but I am pleased to say we were offered a discount to compensate for the issues in question.
All in all, we recommend London Campers for their prompt responses and a friendly and sensible no-quibble approach.
