Bedroom has a Sealy pillow-top Queen size mattress with sheets and blanket. Additional sleeping on sofa and dinette w/o bedding. Living space has a couch and two recliners. Living space has a 50 inch Smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth radio. Bedroom has a 32 inch Smart TV . Outside stereo speakers and outside LED lighting . All electric jacks and stabilizers, with hitch included. Living space has plenty of room for a king size air mattress to add more sleeping. Ducted A/C and heat. Optional generator for rent.Provided by owner:
- Linens for main Queen bed provided. No pillows.
- Bath towels, hand towel and washcloths available.
- Kitchen towels, dish cloths, pot holder available.
- Pots, pans, baking sheet, and indoor cooking utensils, measuring cups, spoons, whisk, etc).
- Cutting board and colander.
- Plastic plates, cups, and bowls available.
- Small coffee pot, filters, and washable cups available. Provide own coffee.
- Hand soap and dish soap.
- Cleaning products / broom
- RV toilet paper.Renter will need to bring:
- Any paper products (besides toilet paper), plastic utensils, foil, trash bags, etc..

We loved this rental and would happily rent again. Communication prior to the trip was a breeze, delivery and set up was exactly as described, the trailer was even better stocked than we expected, and everything worked as expected. Two favorites about this rig: the bed was extremely comfortable and the spaciousness of the living area kept us from feeling like we were crowded on top of each other.
