Our Cardinal Camper is a handmade, one-of-a-kind, custom teardrop. It was hand-crafted by a nerdy dentist who moonlights as a woodworker in Asheville, NC – created from local materials, hand-painted, and outfitted to fit into any standard garage. With a queen-sized mattress, 18" of counter space, two large bays (sized for Yeti coolers) and cabinets with closing doors, the lockable hatch contains and maintains your creature comforts during your trip.The 3-speed ceiling fan keeps temperatures mild and airflow constant. Both of the steel doors (lockable from the inside) have sliding upper sections which also allows for airflow. And the moon roof? Well - let's just say stargazing has never been better. - Prep fee: 59,80 €. Our prep fee covers fully sanitized pillows, fresh linens, cleaned dishware, fueled propane for the gas stove, a climatized cooler, and a charged battery for the ceiling fan.

We had a fantastic experience in the Cardinal Camper! It’s very minimalistic, yet perfectly outfitted, and it was just what we wanted for our 5-night camping trip in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The mattress is comfy, the screens and fan keep you cool at night, and the moon roof makes it feel like you are right out in the open while still being cozy inside. Super light weight, towed easily with our Subaru Outback.
