We will make sure that Gretchen is clean, sanitized and ready for your vacation. We prefer shoes off inside so it makes the cleaning easier. Propane is included. You must empty grey and black tanks before returning or incur a$50 fee. No pets over 50lbs allowed inside. Cleaning fee of $50 if returned with dirty dishes/excessive dirt/mud. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind inside.
