This is equipped with a memory foam mattress in the queen bed, entertainment center with some DVD's, coffee pot and outdoor kitchen. The RV and Host are great! Crystal was very accommodating on pick up and drop off. This was our third time renting it and everything worked perfect. We have an 8 year old and 6 year old that love the bunks. We will definitely rent it again.
