  • Prep fee: 250,80 €. This fee will cover preparing, cleaning and sanitizing the unit prior to the next rental. We require that the vehicle is flushed prior to its return to the host location.

We rented Angel Cruz’s 2024 Mercedes Sprinter for a week with our family and it was absolutely perfect! The van was in impeccable condition—clean, comfortable, and ran like a dream. First time using Outdoorsy and Angel made it a great experience. Our rental was scheduled for the week after Hurricane Milton hit Angel's home, which was an excavation zone. Angel made sure to clearly communicate and even helped move our pickup time up to accommodate our trip, all while he was still without power in his home.
