The van was clean and as described. The video really helps to familiarize oneself with all the features and how to operate. Our family very much enjoyed the van. Tara was very responsive and friendly. Overall a very smooth process for our first time renting camper van. We would definitely recommend and use again.

Kathy and Tom were helpful and great to deal with. They quickly switched units with us when the ac wasn't working properly and worked super hard to make sure our trip was a success on short notice.
