Charles went above and beyond to make sure our trip went perfectly. His house was on the way to our campsite so that was one reason I booked with him. The communication prior to pickup was great and Charles answered every question. The solar powered AC made sleeping so much more comfortable on the hot days. When it was cloudy, I opened the side door with the screen and didn’t realize the front dash was lit prior to going to bed. That was draining the van’s battery and he messaged me so I didn’t get stuck. Let it run for a bit and was all set!
