3. No towing. Tow hitch is locked & not available for use.
4. Avoid highly congested cities. Areas & roadways where parking & maneuverability is extremely limited. Be sure that your site is free of debris & low hanging brush or branches that could scratch the exterior or tear the awning.
5. Winter: Travel during winter months is permitted. However, clients are responsible for any damage due to battery function &/or systems freezing due to cold weather. Special instructions will be given for de-winterization of the RV. Customer is fully responsible for all mechanical problems and/or towing or vehicle recovery costs.
7. Due to the increased incidence of motorhome theft be sure to lock & secure RV doors, windows, compartments. Use privacy curtain.
8. Renter is responsible to check that slide is brought in, awning rolled up, ALL windows, vents, interior & exterior cabinets & doors are closed and locked. Secure items on counter tops, cabinets & flat surfaces that could shift during driving. Don’t forget to turn off water pump, lights, heat, A/C when not in use. Monitor RV levels.
9. No smoking of any substance inside or near the RV. Please refrain from lighting candles or having open flames inside or near the RV.
10. Black out blinds slide up & down. Do not push on window screens or door screen. Use lever to open screen door for entering or exiting the RV.
11. No accessing, climbing, viewing (sitting on lawn chairs) or storing items on the roof.
12. No leaning items on RV: bikes, lawn chairs, rafts, kayaks, fishing poles, surfboards etc. – anything that can damage/scratch the exterior.
13. Storage compartments: when loading or unloading the storage compartments, drawers, cabinets, frig/freezer - please don’t drag items across the rubberized seals. Remember to pack & store your items so they are secure. Items shift during travel. Remove items upon return.
14. No repairs or modifications should be made to the RV without approval of the owner. Please notify us immediately if something isn’t working or you need technical or operational support.
15. Be sure to respect the quiet times & rules of the RV park or campgrounds, especially when using the outdoor speakers, TV & traveling with your kids & your approved pet.
16. The awning is allowed to be used. It’s designed for shade protection & extra space. In windy conditions & before going to bed, please remember to roll up the awning to prevent ripping or tearing of the awning. Don’t hang objects from the awning arms.
17. Filling the RV with fresh water &/or dumping the tanks (gray & black water) during your vacation may be necessary. Jason will show how to dump & fill. Refer to manual. A $200 fee will be charged if the gray and black tanks aren't properly dumped and flushed.
18. Driving the RV in excess of 70 mph can damage the tires. Avoid costly blowouts - stay off the shoulder of the road and drive the speed limit. The RV has a tracking device that monitors speeds. 3 speed alerts during the course of your travels will incur a $150 charge & every occurrence after 3 alerts will be $50.
19. The RV requires more clearance above, in front, behind and beside to operate safely. Rental clearance acknowledgment for the vehicle

Outdoorsy.com Insurance claims department does NOT cover loss of use on an insurance claim. If our RV is scheduled to be rented during the time our RV is in repair, out of rental service, the verified renters will be responsible to pay “Loss of Use” at our daily rate of $265 per day.
Late Fee & Extra day rental fee: The return time is 3pm to home base. Renters will be responsible to pay a $95 per hour late fee if the RV is not returned between 3 – 5pm. If the RV is returned after 5pm, the Renter will be required to pay an extra day of rental income at the daily rate of $265.

• Pet – a well behaved pooch is allowed on a case-by-case basis. Upon approval a refundable $100 pet deposit is required. The pet fee is $20 per night taken at the end of the reservation. • Bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels are NOT included. We request that renters provide their own bed linens to prevent germ spreading.Other things to note:
1. Renters are required to provide a travel itinerary & signed forms before taking our RV on the road along with # of guests. No outdoor music festivals or tailgating. No driving south of the US border to Mexico, Tijuana. There is no reimbursement for repairs, lost use, or insurance deductibles for damage in Mexico, North to Alaska & Canada.
2. No Off-roading: travel on non-public, unpaved, remote fire or ‘logging’ roads is not permitted at any time. RV’s under carriage has a very low 6” clearance. Please stick to the travel destination plans per your contract.
3. No towing. Tow hitch is locked & not available for use.
4. Avoid highly congested cities. Areas & roadways where parking & maneuverability is extremely limited. Be sure that your site is free of debris & low hanging brush or branches that could scratch the exterior or tear the awning.
5. Winter: Travel during winter months is permitted. However, clients are responsible for any damage due to battery function &/or systems freezing due to cold weather. Special instructions will be given for de-winterization of the RV. Freezing conditions may even occur in Spring and Fall at higher elevations and should be anticipated and precautionary measures taken. Customer is fully responsible for all mechanical problems and/or towing or vehicle recovery costs.
6. Summer: Travel in summer months and /or in extreme temperatures can strain motor home systems such as roof and dash air conditioners, batteries, generator and refrigerator. We maintain our motorhome to accommodate all weather conditions; however, clients should be made aware that performance of motorhome systems under extreme conditions cannot be guaranteed. Customer is fully responsible for all mechanical problems and/or towing or vehicle recovery costs.
7. Due to the increased incidence of motorhome theft be sure to lock & secure RV doors, windows, compartments. Use privacy curtain.
8. Renter is responsible to check that slide is brought in, awning rolled up, ALL windows, vents, interior & exterior cabinets & doors are closed and locked. Secure items on counter tops, cabinets & flat surfaces that could shift during driving. Don’t forget to turn off water pump, lights, heat, A/C when not in use. Monitor RV levels.
9. No smoking of any substance inside or near the RV. Please refrain from lighting candles or having open flames inside or near the RV.
10. Black out blinds slide up & down. Do not push on window screens or door screen. Use lever to open screen door for entering or exiting the RV.
11. No accessing, climbing, viewing (sitting on lawn chairs) or storing items on the roof.
12. No leaning items on RV: bikes, lawn chairs, rafts, kayaks, fishing poles, surfboards etc. – anything that can damage/scratch the exterior.
13. Storage compartments: when loading or unloading the storage compartments, drawers, cabinets, frig/freezer - please don’t drag items across the rubberized seals. Remember to pack & store your items so they are secure. Items shift during travel. Remove items upon return.
14. No repairs or modifications should be made to the RV without approval of the owner. Please notify us immediately if something isn’t working or you need technical or operational support.
15. Be sure to respect the quiet times & rules of the RV park or campgrounds, especially when using the outdoor speakers, TV & traveling with your kids & your approved pet.
16. The awning is allowed to be used. It’s designed for shade protection & extra space. In windy conditions & before going to bed, please remember to roll up the awning to prevent ripping or tearing of the awning. Don’t hang objects from the awning arms.
17. Filling the RV with fresh water &/or dumping the tanks (gray & black water) during your vacation may be necessary. Jason will show how to dump & fill. Refer to manual. A $200 fee will be charged if the gray and black tanks aren't properly dumped and flushed.
18. Driving the RV in excess of 70 mph can damage the tires. Avoid costly blowouts - stay off the shoulder of the road and drive the speed limit. The RV has a tracking device that monitors speeds. 3 speed alerts during the course of your travels will incur a $150 charge & every occurrence after 3 alerts will be $50.
19. The RV requires more clearance above, in front, behind and beside to operate safely. Rental clearance acknowledgment for the vehicle

Damages not covered by Outdoorsy insurance coverage is the financial responsibility of the renter including: Incidental damages & repairs, tires, windshield, batteries, towing &/or recovery fees of RV. Repairs to the interior & exterior are NOT covered under the Outdoorsy insurance & will be taken out of the security deposit.
Outdoorsy.com Insurance claims department does NOT cover loss of use on an insurance claim. If our RV is scheduled to be rented during the time our RV is in repair, out of rental service, the verified renters will be responsible to pay “Loss of Use” at our daily rate of $265 per day.
Late Fee & Extra day rental fee: The return time is 3pm to home base. Renters will be responsible to pay a $95 per hour late fee if the RV is not returned between 3 – 5pm. If the RV is returned after 5pm, the Renter will be required to pay an extra day of rental income at the daily rate of $265.
