Lightweight camper with everything you'd need to camp complete with a huge awning with lighting and a washable area rug. It weighs 4000 lbs. loaded and tows with sway bars for extra stability. I tow with a Dodge RAM 1500 and it works great. Setup is fairly simple and gets easier with experience. Dining room extends out for more space to eat and play games.. Ready for electricity, water and gray water hookups. Indoor and outdoor shower works but never used. Trailer is equipped with indoor stove, microwave, sink, and restroom. Camp Chef stove, cookware, plates, silverware, and cleaning supplies are included with rental. Extras can be provided such as 2 SUPs and life jackets, camp chef fire pit(that allows fires even in fire bans) and generator at additional cost.
