Please know your entire deposit will be retained for professional cleaning should Zeppelin comes back smelling like any kind of smoke.- Renters are responsible for any tolls, tickets, or tows (please don't let him get towed) even if the ticket arrives after the security deposit is returned. We know this is stated in the rental contract, but want to ensure there are no surprises.- Please contact us at anytime for anything at 253-227-9584.- Zeppelin was made to go off the beaten path but please - no off roading. Please watch out for tree branches etc. which can scratch his body up.- The renter is responsible for all damages, even if it is above the security deposit.- THIS RULE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT
