• Return the RV CLEAN as it was when you picked it up. It is your responsibility to make sure the RV is clean when you return the RV. Otherwise there will be a $150 cleaning fee
• If RV is damaged you will be 100% responsible for the damages.
• No Smoking! Renter will be required to pay $1500 to cover the costs to clean, purify the air and remove the smoke damage done to the RV from smoking in it.
• No Drugs!
• Do not go on the roof
• No Festivals, Concerts, Burning Man, nor Tailgating at Games
• The RV must be returned to the pick up location unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing before. Abandonment of RV will result in a $2500.00 fee.

The RV was fantastic. Laurie was easy to work with and provided a wealth of information to us as first time renters. Laurie was available to us for questions, the RV was clean and had plenty of storage for our week long trip.
